Blue Marine Foundation is a UK-based ocean conservation charity founded in 2010. Its mission is to address one of the greatest environmental challenges of our time: overfishing and the degradation of marine ecosystems.
Through the creation of marine protected areas, habitat restoration, and the promotion of sustainable fishing practices, Blue Marine Foundation works to secure effective protection for at least 30% of the world’s oceans by 2030, while encouraging responsible ocean management on a global scale.
